At VeðurRó, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every product we offer. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the option to return your item within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return. Our team carefully inspects each return to ensure it meets these conditions before processing a refund. We believe in fairness and transparency, and we want your experience to reflect our commitment to customer satisfaction.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at christian-christiansen@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Kindly include your full name, order number, and a short explanation of why you wish to return the item. Once we’ve reviewed your request and approved the return, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure safe delivery back to us. Returns sent without prior contact or approval will not be processed, so please make sure to reach out first. Please note that shipping costs for returned items are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item you received was damaged, defective, or incorrect, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not currently offer free return shipping for change-of-mind or sizing-related returns. If the return is a result of our mistake, we will provide you with a prepaid return label and take full responsibility for any costs associated with correcting the issue. Please ensure all returns are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit, as we cannot issue refunds for items that arrive in unsellable condition due to improper packaging.
Refund Process

If the item meets our return eligibility criteria, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges for size or color. If you would like a different product, we kindly ask that you return the item you originally ordered and place a new order for the preferred one. This ensures faster processing and greater inventory accuracy. We understand that this may be slightly less convenient, but it allows us to maintain a fair and efficient system for all customers. As we grow, we hope to introduce a more flexible exchange process in the future.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We take such cases seriously and will make it right as quickly as possible. In most cases, we will offer either a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you.
