Shipping Regions

Currently, VeðurRó offers shipping within the Faroe Islands. As we continue to grow, we plan to expand our shipping options to reach international customers. We will update our policy and website accordingly when international shipping becomes available.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your confirmation email. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. If there is a delay in processing due to inventory, weather, or other unforeseen issues, we will notify you promptly via email.

Shipping Times

Once your order is processed and dispatched, standard delivery within the Faroe Islands typically takes 2–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and local carrier schedules, especially during peak seasons or in remote areas.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders of 1.000 kr or more qualify for free shipping within the Faroe Islands.

Incorrect Addresses or Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order. VeðurRó is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a parcel is returned due to address issues or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply for resending.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at christian-christiansen@outlook.com. We will work with our delivery partners to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including replacing the item or issuing a refund where appropriate.
