Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to VeðurRó. By accessing or using our website at vedurro.com, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined here. These Terms of Service govern your use of our site, your purchase of our products, and any interaction you have with our brand online. We may update these terms from time to time, and it is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility
By using this site and placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order. VeðurRó reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders if any information provided is found to be false, misleading, or violates these terms.
3. Product Information & Availability
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including descriptions, prices, and images. However, we cannot guarantee that colors will appear exactly the same on all devices. Product availability is subject to change without notice. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and issue a full refund or offer an alternative if available.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice.
We currently accept the following payment methods:
• Visa
• Mastercard
• MobilePay
Payments are securely processed through Quickpay in cooperation with our acquiring partner, Clearhaus. Payment is authorized at checkout, and funds are withdrawn when the order is shipped.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the Faroe Islands. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery may take up to 14 days depending on location and demand. Orders are shipped via Posta or, in some cases, delivered directly by us.
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses. Additional costs incurred due to reshipping or customs are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item. The product must be returned unused and in its original condition, including all original tags and packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
To initiate a return, please contact us at christian-christiansen@outlook.com with your order number. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
7. Warranty Claims
You have the right to submit a warranty claim if your item has a defect. The warranty is valid for 2 years from the date you received the product.
The claim must be submitted within a reasonable time after you discover the defect. If you submit your claim within 2 months of discovering the issue, it will always be considered timely.
VeðurRó does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. The warranty also does not apply to normal wear and tear.
If the claim is accepted, we will offer one of the following, depending on the situation:
• A repair of the item
• A replacement item
• A full or partial refund
Return shipping costs will be refunded if the claim is approved. The item must be returned in proper packaging, and we recommend including a receipt or shipping confirmation for reimbursement.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on vedurro.com — including images, text, product names, and designs — is the property of VeðurRó and may not be used or reproduced without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
VeðurRó is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use or inability to use our website or products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not responsible for issues related to internet connectivity, third-party services, or unauthorized access to user data.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Faroese law. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of the Faroe Islands.
